exams are bad for health!

this sem is slowly eating me away with 5 major exams! i just did my Surgery exam today. i was lucky i did quite ok because my body is giving me some kinda negative reaction.

after my fever about a week ago, i got this terrible flu and still have it now. besides that, my face is having some fulminant break outs which freaks me and everyone around me! i have this extraordinaryly big pimple or wudsoever u call it on my face and everyone just looks at me and said 'wud happened?'. alright, i don't mind the close ones asking that, but ppl i seldom talk to started asking me and stared at me - now that was really uncomfortable. and when i go out i have to put on like an inch on concealer on it which barely did any help anyway.

and yesterday, i felt something pretty uncomfortable under my neck to i was just feeling it a little - and i discovered i could feel my submandibular lymph node! and it hurts when i pressed on it. during internal medicine class we did learn how to palpate the lymph nodes and as far as i know the submandibular lymph nodes are not palpable. so with the skin lesions + flu + fever = something not so good is going on. so, i went to see Fiona, my senior who is going to graduate this year to see wud was going on with me. well she and 3 other 6th years concluded it is just a minor flu + stress + not resting and eating well. i guess im too paranoid since the breakouts at my face is pretty serious. thank God it did not scare Jonas away! ( i guess it is a good test)

my conclusion - exams are not good for health. especially here in Russia. if we wanna eat, we have to cook! there is no kopitiam wudsoever here and the canteen here is closed. and even cooking does not really mean healthy food because most vegetables (like brocolli, cauliflower, long beans) here are frozen.
oh well, this is life. we've just gotta learn to face our problems.

mum - im going for facial like every 2 days when im back to squeeze out every root of the pesty blackheads, whiteheads, wudeverheads and pimples!
