end of a chapter...beginning of a new one

i always love the time when we finish our exams (at least for the semester). Suddenly everyone seems 10 years younger with their radiant smile and being so bouncy and cheerful and smiley-like, and when i walk downstairs there will be people playing football or music blasting. simply amazing.

and it is nice to see some of my seniors graduating and going to the real working world out there. it reminds me of my near future too and to be REALLY prepared for that day. but then again, im just halfway with 3 more years to go. but the more interesting half is waiting for me. to show my enthusiasm for the coming sem, i even bought book we will need (partly so that i wont have to carry it all the way from Malaysia and can bring more Lee Kum Kee oyster sause instead!)

although it will still be ages until i graduate, i've already thought of wud present mummy can buy for me. many people would want a car, but not me. all the better if mummy can drive me to work everyday! i want a puppy!! i want my lil doggy to wait for me at the airport itself with a balloon at it's collar that says 'congratulations Dr Pearly!'

i guess there is a saying 'don't count your eggs before they hatch' or something like that, but wud's wrong with a little planning. i already planned many thing, like my future car - a black Honda Jazz, my wedding ring - a pearl ring with white gold, my wedding dress and even the song im going to sing on my wedding dinner! it's called anticipation.

back to reality - there's still no hot water!
