making sushi

today is a public holiday for us because it is Men's Day. The Nizhny Games committee decided to make good use of this event to raise funds by having dedications for our men here. The feedback was great and we had more than 100 orders and managed to raise about RM1000. So today our guys were really happy to receive their cookies, brownies and choc truffles!

other than that, it's worth writing about Jonas first making sushi experience. few days ago Jonas told me 'i feel like making sushi'. so on friday night, he did. so along with pictures, Chef Jonas will demostrate how to make sushi.

#1 - prepare the ingredients

#2 - place the roasted seaweed on the sushi mat and place the rice and other ingredients on the seaweed

#3 - roll the sushi and make sure it is compact enough

#4 - enjoy the sushi!! =)
