goodbye seniors!

today is a lovely Satuday (minus the raining part). i spent the morning with Jonas, and in the afternoon i helped to cook because we (the Christian Fellowship) had a farewell dinner for the graduating students, and in the evening i had 2 dinners - one with the Nizhny games commitee and another was the farewell dinner for the graduates.

the farewell dinner was great. the food was great, the ambience was perfect, yada yada. most of all, i start to think of the time when i am going to graduate and start the new chapter of my life, which is something i am just not ready for. i feel that my life as a student is gonna last for a long long time and i just have to sit at my comfort zone. but lo and behold, this farewell dinner is a reminder that my time is coming sooner than i thought.

prefect setting - candles, tablecloth, fancy kitchen papers etc etc

delicious food

Pastor Dav giving his last advise to the graduates

My graduating seniors are great role models to me. they are so matured, they look like adults (while i still look like a kid), and they talk like adults - basically i really admire and respect them.

Me, Fiona and Sara. Fiona lives just a few blocks aways from me and she is always so nice to me. gonna miss her!

Putra, Me and Yvonne. Putra and Yvonne make a lovely couple and i just love looking at them because they look a little like Jonas and i. (Indian-Chinese couple)

The girls all dressed up!

Today i found out that one of the 1st year students, Alan was a Greenian which was really a pleasant surprise! i knew Alan few weeks ago because he can play the chinese flute.
