lesson of the day - DO NOT COMMIT ADULTERY!!

ellos! today is a lovely friday and even lovelier because we just finished our Hygiene lecture with a nightmare teacher indeed. the funny thing is, our topic for today is HEALTHY LIFE STYLE and of course we discussed about no smoking, good diet, alcohol abuse yada yada but one subtitle was really funny or a lil absurd - DO NOT COMMIT ADULTERY. @#$%^%*&*(**)!!!!!~~~ the 10 commandments eh? like as if most STDs are transmitted by bad wives/husbands or husband/wife stealers. i guess the english illiterate teacher do not know better words like FORNICATION or SEXUAL ABSTINENCE. i won't say my English is so great which is an embarassment cuz my own mummy is an English teacher. Jonas always say my pronounciation sounds wierd.

tomorrow Jonas and his premed friends are having their annual BBQ - and right now he is buying chicken with the guys. i hope the sun will be up and shining tomorrow!

right now im having pathological physiology cycle which is rather relaxing cuz we a nice teacher and my class is only 5 mins away. times like this makes me a lil lazy.

alright, right now im looking through the net for my tomato garlic prawn recipe which i really, really like after Cindy gave me the LEE KUM KEE TOMATO GARLIC PRAWN SAUSE. (highly recommended!) unfortunately, i finished that perencah so now gotta do it the long way - which is kinda fun actually. if it turns out well, i'll be proud of myself and if it don't, Jonas and i will eat it anyway.

oh - totally forgot to tell mummy, Cindy and Jes that i really really love my PINK DELL!!! makes me can't wait to go back!!!
